TASTER SESSIONS

- Harmony Tribe (HT) Taster Sessions (TS) are non-transferable: they are for a named person for a specific group and session date

- Taster Sessions are non-refundable: if you can't attend the TS you paid for, then you can attend the following month's session instead: if you don't then attend after two consecutive sessions then your TS payment lapses and you will need to pay for another Taster Session to attend

SINGING PASSES

- You will not receive a physical Singing Pass (SP).

- No one else can use your SP.
- The set period of your SP is either six consecutive sessions for a 3-in-6 SP, or nine consecutive sessions for a 6-in-9 SP, not including any months when HT does not run.

- The SP set period begins when you first attend HT after buying the SP, OR the second month (when HT is held) after you bought the SP, whichever comes first: so, if you buy an SP in January, do not attend HT in January but do in February, the SP period starts in February; but even if you do have not managed to attend by March, the set period begins in March anyway. This is to encourage you to start attending HT using your SP sessions as soon after your Taster as possible. 
- If you do not use all your sessions within the set period your SP will expire and you will be invited to buy another one before you can attend again.

- Your SP can be used at all or any HT monthly group and can be used more than once a month except in the case of SPs for HT Worcester, see * below
- If you use all your sessions before the end set period, or once the period of your SP has come to an end, Sarah will message you to invite you to buy another SP.

- Sarah keeps a record of your attendance so you do not need to keep a record of how many sessions you have used: you can check how many sessions you have used on the group register any time you attend an HT session.
- If you decide to stop attending for any reason you will not be refunded for sessions not used on your SP.
- If Sarah cancels a session, if you do not then choose to attend an HT group in another location that month, your SP set time period extends by a month. Sarah will keep a record of this extension to the set time of the Pass.

- You are invited to confirm your intention to attend  any given session by the end of the day before the session: if you then do not attend the session for whatever reason, including ill-health, you will have used a session on your Singing Pass anyway.

 CHANGES TO SINGING PASSES 2026: The 3-in-6 Singing Pass will no longer be available after June 2026, and 6-in-9 Singing Passes paid for from July 2026 will cost £54.
